摘要
制得了阳离子型的丙烯酸酯共聚物和封闭的异氰酸酯预聚体,由此组成电泳复合乳液,经电泳制得电沉积膜。用FT-IR定量研究了复合乳液的组成,电泳的电压、时间、温度对电沉积量和电泳共混膜的组成和性能的影响,从而获得制备优良化学物理性能电泳共沉积膜的最佳条件。
The coelectrodeposited film of cationic acrylate resin and prepolymer of blocked isocyanate were made. The factors of effects on the coelectrodeposited film, including the composition of the coemulsion, the appplied voltage, the deposition time and the applied temperature were investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared (FT IR) quantitative analysis. The optimum conditions for resin compositions of coemulsions and for the electrodeposition were also found to produce deposited films with best properties after curing.
