摘要
研究了几种含氟聚合物粉末和60Co辐照PTFE粉末压块的表面粗糙度以及辐照剂量对接触角滞后的影响,得出了辐照PTFE粉末的接触角滞后随粗糙度和辐照剂量的增加而下降。PTFE粉末辐照表面处理剂量在2×103~2×104Gy时,其使PTFE表面的性质发生了很大变化,而PTFE本体性能改变较小。
With pressure treatment on fluorine polymer and Co irradiated PTFE powders, the hysteresis effect of surface roughness and irradiated dose were discussed in detail. According to the theory of the contact angle of pure liquids on polymer, and the two components r d s, I sw was caculated. Attention is given to contact angle hysteresis, and two methods were made with regard to contact angle measurements. The results of experiment indicate that the hysteresis of irradiated PTFE power is decreased with increasing roughness and irradiated dose. The inhomogeneity of 60 Co treatment on PTFE surface is maximum at 2×10 3 Gy dose. A suitable dose for modified PTFE surface treatment from 2×10 3 ̄2×10 4 Gy is good in air.
