这组紧邻北京奥林匹克公园的建筑，具有很强的视觉震撼力。双塔结构的建筑高达105米，可从远方吸引人们的注意。三层的地下空间用于商业用途，以及大型的幼儿园。这一建筑群体的总建筑面积为七万平方米，如果包括后期的中学建筑及附属绿地在内，总面积达十万平方米。

In direct vicinity to the Olympic Grounds, a dynamic urbanistic en-semble has been built. A group of high-rise buildings with a double-tower being 105 m high can be seen from the very far, thus leaving an impression already in the distance. A 3-story basement is used for commercial purposes and also accommodates a kindergarten. The group of high-rise buildings including the structures at their foot has a gross floor area of 70,000 m^2. The ensemble completed by a high school and the appertaining open areas offers a gross floor area of 100,000 m^2.
