聚丙烯纤维在江苏住宅工程质量通病控制中的应用

Application of Polypropylene Fiber to Housing Project Quality Control in Jiangsu

混凝土构件开裂、渗漏，墙体粉刷层开裂，作为住宅工程中最常见也是最难控制的工程质量通病，已经引起各相关方面的高度重视。江苏省建委以工程建设标准的形式出台了相应的标准与措施。作为控制标准中提到的措施之一，本文拟就“混凝土或砂浆中掺加聚丙烯纤维”的作用机理、实际功效、设计使用方法以及局限性进行探讨，指出合理使用聚丙烯纤维，不失为一种效果好成本低的控制措施。

Concrete component＇s cracks, leakage and cracks in the whitewash layer of the wall is most common to occur in the housing project and also is most difficult to control, to which is already attached importance by various correlative aspects. The Jiangsu Province construction committee has appeared the corresponding standard and measure with the engineering construction standard form. As one of the measures mentioned in the control standard, polypropylene fiber added to the concrete or the mortar mixes, its application mechanism, actual effectiveness, design method, as we as its limitation are discussed in this article, which point out that the reasonable use of polypropylene fiber is one kind of effective and low cost control measure.
