聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂

Clinical study of the focused ultrasound therapy for cervical erosion

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的有效性和安全性。方法对170例不同程度的宫颈糜烂进行聚焦超声治疗,治疗后3个月内随访,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果宫颈糜烂治愈率为67.0%(114/170),总有效率为99.4%(169/170);轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但轻、中度宫颈糜烂的治愈率高于重度宫颈糜烂,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同病理类型宫颈糜烂治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单纯型糜烂治愈率高于颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后阴道流液少,无宫颈狭窄等并发症。结论聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切,不良反应小,尤其适用于未生育妇女宫颈糜烂的治疗。

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of focused ultrasound in treating cervieal erosion. Methods 170 cases of patients with different degree of cervical erosion were treated with focased ultrasound therapy and were then followed up for 3 months for recording the curative effects and the complieations. Results cure rate for 170 cases of cervical erosion patients was 67 % and total effective rate was 99. 4 %. No significant difference of effective rate was found between patients with different degrees cervieal erosion （P 〉0. 05）, while the cure rates were significantly different among patients with different erosion degrees and pathological types （P 〈0. 01 ）. There was less fluid flowing and no cervical stenosis and cervical scabbing was found. Conclusion The focused ultrasound is obviously effective and safe for cervical erosion treatment, with little side effects, and is specially fit for the cervical erosion treatment in nulliparous Women.
