摘要 研制开发了一台能够对生长在生物反应器内的细胞的功能活性进行定性快速检测的仪器。它能在细胞正常培养过程中,通过光学比色的方法分析培养液中细胞合成及代谢的产物-尿素和白蛋白,从而得到细胞的功能活性。按照实际使用需求,仿照日立U-2800分光光度计,对其内部结构进行简化处理与再设计,使其成本压缩了十倍以上。通过对照实验表明,该仪器测量误差小于10%,其精度满足了定性检测的需要,体积小、易操作,适用于测量现场的快速分析。配合不同的测试方法,可应用在广泛的分析测试领域进行相关的定性测量。 An instrument to detecting the viability and function of cell qualitatively that cultivated in bio - reactor was developed. During the Normal cultivation, optical colorimetric method was used to analyze the cells' metabolites and exudates: Urea and ALB. Following the spectrophotometer (U -2800, Hitachi), a new design and a simplified Handling were completed, which made the full cost less than 10%. To contrast with a standard sample, experiments show that the error is under 10%, which can reach the precision aim of a rapid qualitative detection. Finally, the system is portable, stable, compatible, prompt, cheap and easy to operate. By applying different testing methods, this instrument can meet most of the requirements in many related fields.
