摘要
生物芯片技术的提高催生了在该产业链中扮演重要角色的生物芯片检测仪器的不断发展,本文通过分析国内外目前生物芯片检测仪的现状,指出生物芯片检测仪器的小型化、集成化、自动化将成为发展的又一新趋势。并介绍了便携式生物芯片检测仪器的软件、硬件平台构建方案,最后对本系统所使用的ATR核心算法作了简要论述和试验分析。
The development of biochip tester, which played a key role in the industry of biochip, was spurred by the improvement of biochip technology. The development, based on the analyzing of current development of biochip tester, will be leaded to miniaturization, integration and automation. The software and hardware of portable biochip tester system was introduced in this paper. The core algorithm of ATR was described in this paper, and the results of experiments were analyzed too.
