摘要
本文建立了测定纺织品模拟酸性汗液中可萃取重金属铅的氢化物-原子荧光光谱法。本法灵敏度高、准确性好、可以在高盐的情况下直接测定铅的含量。在选定的实验条件下,铅浓度与荧光强度在0~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.003mg/kg,定量下限为0.010mg/kg(以4g样品计),加标回收率99.6%-99.8%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.0%。
A hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed for the determination of extractable lead in simulated acidic sweat from the textiles. This method is of high sensitivity and good accuracy, and it can directly be used to detect trace lead in high - salt solution. Under an analytical condition optimized, a linear relation between the fluorescence intensity and lead concentration exists in the range of 0 -50μ g/ L. The detection limit of the method is 0. 003mg/kg and quantitative lower limit is 0. 010mg/kg ( as 4g sample weight), the recovery is from 99.6% to 99.8%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.0%.
