介绍的FD复合式低次幂函数配气凸轮,各段间的连接处3阶导数连续,具有动力性能好、通过能力大的优点,适合于中高速内燃机。
In this thesis, design and application of a new type FD cam profile formed by a composite low power function is discussed. The 3rd derivative on the joint points of the cam curve are foun continuous and smooth, so that the shock load and dynamic stress in the valve train can be minimized and the 'time-area value' of the valve is increased. And the type FD cam is more adequate to be used in medium and high speed internal combustion engines.
