胰岛细胞瘤的外科诊治分析(附16例报告)

The diagnosis and surgical treatment of islet cell tumor:A report of 16 cases

目的探讨胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法对我院2000年6月～2006年12月收治的胰岛细胞瘤16例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组16例经手术治疗,功能性胰岛细胞瘤13例术后血糖均恢复正常,非功能性细胞瘤3例术后腹部症状消失。术后发生并发症3例,经治疗后痊愈出院。结论术前、术中影像学检查可以提高手术切除率。手术切除胰岛细胞瘤可以获得满意效果。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of islet cell tumor. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of islet cell tumor from June 2000 to Dec. 2006 were reviewed. Results All 16 cases were treated by surgical operation. The plasma glucose level in 13 cases of functional islet cell tumor was returned to the normal after surgery,and the abdominal symptoms in 3 cases of nonfunctional islet cell tumor disappeared, Three cases had complications after operation and discharged after treatment. Conclusion The preoperative and intraoperative imaging examinations could increased the resection rate of islet cell tumor. The satisfactory effects could be obtained by surgical resection of islet cell tumor.
