体表胃肠起搏器治疗术后功能性胃排空障碍的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨体表胃肠起搏器治疗术后功能性胃排空障碍的疗效。方法将我院2004年1月~2006年12月收治的术后功能性胃排空障碍的22例随机分成A组(12例)和B组(10例)。A组予体表胃肠起搏器治疗,B组予常规治疗,比较两组胃动力恢复时间。结果A组胃动力恢复时间为(13.2±4.7)d,B组胃动力恢复时间为(22.5±6.2)d,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论体表胃肠起搏器能有效治疗术后功能性胃排空障碍。 Objective To explore the curative effect of surface gastrointestinal pacemaker for the patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying. Methods Twenty-two patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying treated in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006 were randomly divided into group A(12 patients)and group B(10 patients). The patients in group A were treated with the surface gastrointestinal pacemaker, and those in group B were subjected to the routine therapy. The recovery time of gastric dynamia between two groups was compared. Results The recovery time of gastric dynamic in group A and group B was(13. 2 ± 4. 7)days and(22. 5 ± 6. 2) days respectively with the difference being significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Surface gastrointestinal pacemaker can treat the patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying effectively.
