摘要 综述了用变压吸附(PressureSwingAdsorption,PSA)法分离空气的基本理论,建立了描述变压吸附过程的物理模型和数学模型。通过分析各种吸附平衡理论,认为混合Langmuir模型和理想溶液模型最适于本问题,为进一步用数值方法进行PSA空分的设计计算打下理论基础。 The basic theory for separating air by using pressure swing adsorption method (PSA) are reviewed. The physical and mathematical models for describing the process of PSA are set up. By analyzing the various adsorption equilibrium theories, Langmuir model and ideal solution theory are considered to be suitable for the problem discussed in this paper. The basic functions given in this paper provide the theoretical basis of the numerical method for designing air separate unit by using PSA. A model of an analog circuit for the simulation of PSA is also discussed.
