总结了钛在低合金高强钢中的析出行为,包括析出物的种类、形态、尺寸及析出动力学;讨论了钛的碳化物、氮化物及硫化物对材料组织和性能的影响;概述了钛微合金化在低合金高强钢中的工业应用进展、难点及可能的研究方向。
The precipitation behaviors of titanium in high strength low alloy steel ( HSLA steel) were summarized including the type, morphology, size and precipitation kinetics of the precipitates. Effects of titanium carbide, nitride and sulfide on the microstructure and properties of HSLA steel were discussed. The developments of industrial application in HSLA steel,difficulty and potential research directions of titanium micro alloying were also analyzed.
