音乐治疗专业人员的职业素质、知识技能与行为能力培养 被引量:1

ON THE TRAINING OF MUSICAL THERAPISTS OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM,KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS,AND ABILITIES OF PRACTICES

摘要 本文从我国音乐治疗的学科建设角度提出一个关乎该学科能否健康发展的值得广泛关注的问题——我国目前从事音乐治疗工作的专业人员的职业素质、知识技能和行为能力现状堪忧,与世界范围内该学科的规范化、科学化、标准化和专业化要求差距甚大。如何在学科建设范围内加强其科学性、规范性和专业性,培养专业人员良好的职业素质,丰富其知识技能,规范其行为能力,便成为中国音乐治疗事业沿着科学的、富有效能的轨道发展的基础保障。本文通过对国内外音乐治疗学科课程设置的对比,分析和阐述专业人员应该具备的职业素质、知识技能和行为能力,并指出只有通过这样的努力,中国的音乐治疗专业才会不仅为社会所关注,而且必将获得音乐和医学界对其价值的认识和认可,从而使中国音乐治疗事业得到快速健康的发展。 This article tries, from the angle of discipline development, to deal with the widely- concerned issue of how the discipline of musical therapy in our country can develop in a healthy way. The current standards of the professionalism, knowledge and skills, and abilities of practices of the musical therapists in our country are far from satisfaction and far from the standards of the world. In order to guarantee that China's musical therapy develops scientifically and efficiently, it is important to emphasize the scientifieality, regularity, and professionalism in the development of this discipline, and to require that the musical therapists improve their professionalism, expand their knowledge and skills and regularize their practices. Through comparisons of the courses offered in the universities in China and in other countries, this article analyses and explains what standards of professionalism, knowledge and skills, and abilities of practices a musical therapist must possess. It further points out that only by reaching those standards can China' s musical thorapy be recognized by the society and its value be accepted by the musical and medical professionals. And, only then, can this discipline develop in a rapid and healthy way.
