半导体放电管是一种瞬态过压保护器件,广泛应用于通讯、铁路等行业,电极直接封装式半导体放电管因其不需要再进行塑封而降低了生产成本。以φ5.5×4型电极直接封装式半导体放电管为例,详细介绍了设备的自动上料、自动涂胶、及涂胶后下料等部件的设计,独特的立式涂胶方法不仅确保涂胶工艺质量,还便于半导体管自动下料,简化了整机设计。
The design of automatic dispensing equipment of upright dispensing for semi-conductor surge arrester is presented, the automatic mechanisms of component feeding, upright dispensing and dispensed component down feeding are also given in detail. Moreover, It ensures the pasting quality by the use of Unique upright pasting, which also simplifies the whole equipment structure.
