摘要在国外,围产期指产前三周至产后两周,其中,产前三周为围产前期,产后两周为围产后期。围产期奶牛的能量负平衡导致激素反应(Bauman and Currie,1980),引起脂肪组织的脂解作用增强,肝脏的糖酵解增强,直接和间接地损害了肝脏脱氨生成尿素的能力,从而降低了肝脏合成葡萄糖的能力。本文通过营养供给来减少肝脏中甘油三酯的积累,预防脂肪肝,实现围产期奶牛肝脏的代谢健康。
