摘要
首先根据SHARED信息模型的建模方式,建立了一种支持UG"知识融合"技术的通用概念设计知识模型(包括产品模型和设计过程模型),为知识模型定义了一系列"视图"和"基类",并以减速器为例说明了这种知识模型的表示方法。接着,采用以上知识建模方法,创建了相应的概念设计知识建模工具,并建立了该软件与UG Knowledge Fusion的接口程序。最后,以"阶梯轴"的知识建模为例,探讨了这种概念设计知识模型与UG的知识模型之间互相转换和利用的方法,以弥补当前KBE工具的概念设计知识建模功能的不足。
Based on the information modeling method of "SHARED", this paper develops a general conceptual design knowledge model that supports UG "Knowledge Fusion". The Knowledge model uses a serial of "basic classes" and a "multi-view" representation to model product knowledge and design process knowledge. The general knowledge representation method is illustrated with a reducer design example. Based on the above knowledge modeling method, a knowledge modeling tool for conceptual design is created. Furthermore, its interaction with the knowledge model of UG is discussed with a "shaft" modeling example. Using this software tool, the conceptual design knowledge can be easily transferred to UG "Knowledge Fusion" language, and vice versa. Thus, it can make up for the lack of knowledge modeling functions of current KBE tools.
