摘要
根据无纬带绑扎机带式制动器的摩擦力学与热力学模型,进行了制动器稳态与瞬态热效应分析,确定了摩擦热与摩擦功率之间的关系。探讨了摩擦热量在摩擦副材料中的分配状况,研究并得到了摩擦副平衡温度和摩擦副可长期连续工作的条件。建立了基于ANSYS的制动器热效应分析模型,得到不同时间摩擦副温度场分布状况和温度随时间变化的状况。
Based on the friction mechanics and thermodynamics model of band brake about non - latitude belt binding machine, steady state and transient state thermal effect analysis of brake has been done. The relation between friction heat and frictional power was confirmed. The assignment of friction quantity of heat about friction pair material was discussed. Through studying, the balance temperature and the condition of continuous work about friction pair was obtained. Based on the ANSYS, the thermal effect model of brake was established. Then the assignment of temperature field and the condition of temperature about friction pair within the changing of time was obtained.
