岩金矿石无捕收剂浮选新工艺的应用

摘要 本文以硫化矿物无捕收剂浮选的电化学原理为基础,利用岩金矿石中的金与其载体矿物硫化矿物的共生关系,用硫化钠调整浮选回路的矿浆电位,工业试验实现了乳山市金矿岩金矿石无捕收剂浮选新工艺。据16个月的统计,新工艺与常规浮选相比,浮选回收率提高了1.26%,为企业增加效益207.26万元,节约药剂费7.09万元,氰化回收率提高了1.61%,为企业增加效益279.50万元,节约氰化、污水成本192.50万元,为企业净增效益共686.35万元。 Based on the electrochemical principle of sulphide mineral floatation without collector and making use of the paragenetic relationship between gold and its carrier sulphide minerals in rock gold ore, and regulation the electric potential of pulp with sodium sulphide in the floatation circuit,the industrial tests of the new floatation process of rock gold ore without collector have achieved great success in Lu Shan Gold Mine.The statistics of sixteen months has shown that the floatation recovery has raised by 1.26 %.As a result,the benefit of the enterprise has increased by 2.0726 million Yuan and the expense of reagent is reduced by 70.9 thousand Yuan.The new process also makes the rate of cyanide leaching of gold raised by 1.61 %,the benefit increased by 2.795 million Yuna ,and the cost of cyanidation and waste water treatment saved about 1.925 million Yuan.It is estimated that the new process increases the benefit by 6.8635 million Yuan for the enterprise.
