摘要
研究了铅锌混合矿的火试金分析。结果表明,可以不先测试样还原力而直接根据硫的含量配料,节约试剂,防止坩埚腐蚀。在820℃温度下灰吹,银损失可降至1%左右,并可按η%=axmyn公式补正。分析结果按(η+0.5%)补正而不用二次试金。该法简便、快速、准确。
In this paper,tudy on the fire assaying of lead zinc mixed concentrate is made.It shows that the ingredient can be directly defined according to sulfur content without the necessity of determining the reducing power of samples at first.This makes the reagent saved and prevents the crucible from corrosion.Cupellation can be carried out in the temperature of 820℃ thus the silver loss can be reduced to 1% and can be calibrated with equation of η%=ax my n.The analytical result can be calibrated with equation of (η+0.5)% without necessity of second fire assaying.This method is simple rapid and reliability.
