高压水除鳞系统水泵站及除鳞装置的改造

摘要 针对CPE热轧无缝钢管生产线上高压水除鳞系统出现的喷嘴前工作压力偏低、荒管走速缓慢及除鳞不完全等问题,采用了提高泵站压力、优化喷嘴结构、确定合理流量及改进喷水环等方法,对除鳞系统进行了改造,取得了良好效果。 Technical modification was made to the descaling system located in the CPE hotrolled seamless steel tube production line with measures made according to such problems of the system as low pre-nozzle operation pressure, low material flowing speed and incomplete descaling, etc. The measures include increasing the pump station pressure, optimizing the nozzle structure, setting up proper flow rate and modifying the spray ring. The improved descaling system has proven itself to be very effective.
