摘要
焊接钢管成型、焊接、焊后退火、质量保证等技术的进步,显著提高了电焊钢管的质量。用ERW+SR式高频焊接取代传统连续焊接法后,改善了焊管表面质量,扩大了产品适应范围。焊管外径周长自动测定装置及焊缝间隙自动控制装置的开发,使螺旋焊管质量更有保障。计算机自动跟踪系统的引进及设备自动化改造更加完善了直缝焊接技术,提高了生产率。
Quality of electric welded-steel pipes has been improved considerably owing to progresses made in such aspects as forming, welding, post-welding annealing and quality assurance,etc. The ERW+SR hi-frequency, hot-continous welder process which replaces the conventionalcontinuous welding process has improved surface quality of the product and enhanced the applicability thereof; both the welded-tube OD circumference auto-measuring system and the weld-seamauto-control system have further ensured the quality of the spiral welded-pipe; the introduction ofthe computer automatic-tracking system and upgrading of the equipment automation level haveperfect the technology of straight welded-pipe manufacture and thus enhanced the productivity.
