高碳高铬耐碱蚀铸造不锈钢的研究

摘要 设计了用于合团相颗粒的高温碱溶液下的双相铸造不锈钢KM/2钢的组织和化学成分。试验表明具有双相组织的KM-2铸造不锈钢在含有固相颗粒的高温碱介质条件下具有较好的耐蚀性能,同时具有良好的铸造性能。由KM-2制做的泵件寿命比316钢提高一倍。 The structure and chemical composition of a kind of cast stainless steel (KM-2 steel) with mlcro-duplex structure used for high temperature aqueous alka1i containing so1idgrains was designed. The results showed that KM-2 cast stainless steel had better corrosion res-istance in the environment of high temperature aqueous alkali containing solid grains as well asthe good ca,ting behaviours. The pump pieces made of KM-2 steel raised the life-span about onetime than that made of 316 steel.
