摘要
运用有限元法对工业中的大型搅拌反应器悬挂式支座处应力进行了计算,得到了应力分布场,并采用应力分类的分析设计原理,对反应器的局部应力进行了强度评定。分析结果表明,该反应器支座区域的强度足够,可满足安全要求。
The stress in the suspended support locations of a big-sized stirred reactor was calculated using the finite element method, and the stress distribution field was obtained; the local stresses of the stirred reactor was evaluated in strength using the analysis design principle of stress classification. The analysis result shows that the stress strength in the support locations of the stirred reactor is enough, and can satisfy safety requirements.
