组合裂纹漏磁检测有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of the Testing of the Magnetic Flux Leakage of the Built-Up Cracks

用有限元法分析了组合裂纹漏磁场,得到了裂纹缺陷漏磁场空间分布,给出了裂纹深度与裂纹漏磁场磁感应强度之间的关系曲线。通过实验得到了与有限元分析结果一致的结论。

The magnetic flux leakage field of built-up cracks was analyzed using the finite element method, the spatial distribution of the magnetic flux leakage field of the cracks was obtained, the relation curve between the crack depth and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic flux leakage field of the cracks was given. The result obtained with experiments agrees with the finite element result.
