冠心病合并与非合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉造影分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解2型糖尿病合并冠心病与非糖尿病冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的特点。方法对64例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者与122例非糖尿病冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影并将结果进行分析比较。结果两组病变血管数目、平均病变血管支数、弥漫性方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.005,P<0.001,P<0.01),而且两组在冠状动脉病变总计分间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者病变血管数目较多,血管病变弥漫。
