摘要
根据鞍钢管线钢连铸坯硫印分析结果数据库,对影响中心偏析的工艺进行了系统的分析。结果表明:连铸过程中,钢水的过热度增加和拉速增大均会导致铸坯中心偏析增加。钢液中C,P和S含量的增加会导致中心偏析增加,Mn含量和锰硫比的增加会降低中心偏析。定期维护连铸机以保证辊子精度和开口度控制精度,可减少中心偏析的产生。
According to the analysis results from the database of the sulfur print of slab in An steel, the technological parameters influencing central segregation in micro-alloyed steels were analyzed. The results showed, in the continuous casting process, the central segregation could be increased by the high overheat and increasing casting speed. With increasing of C, P and S content, the central segregation increased, and it could be reduced by increasing of Mn content and Mn/S ratio. Central segregation was reduced by the periodic maintenance of continuous caster, controlling of accuracy of the roller and openness.
