摘要
82B钢中氧化物系夹杂物的来源主要是脱氧产物和钢的二次氧化、卷渣及耐火材料内衬侵蚀。采取在转炉控制终点碳,采用LF全程脱氧、改变精炼渣精炼和扩散脱氧、氩气搅拌,在连铸实施全程密封、强化中间包冶金等措施,使82B钢中的全氧最低降到13×10 6,94.09%的夹杂物尺寸<5 m,满足了拔丝要求。作为夹杂物控制技术,降低总量的方法比控制形态更为简单实用,系统地在每个工艺步骤都采取有效措施,才能取得良好效果。
The oxide inclusions in 82B steel is mainly generated in process ofdeoxidation, second oxidation, slagentrament, and refractory line corradation. After various means have employed such as terminal carbon content controlling in convertor, deoxidation through the whole ladle furnace refining process, improvement of refining slag composition and diffusion deoxidation, as well as sealing in the whole continuous casting process, and intensifying tundish metallurgy, etc, 82B steel reaches the requirement of wire pulling that the total oxygen in steel decreases to 13×10^-6 degree, and 94.09% of inclusions size reduce 5μm below. The method decreasing inclusions content performs simpler and more practicably than the way controlling modality, moreover, inclusions are removed in every step from convertor to continuous casting to reach a favorable result.
