J5230-93型卧式离心铸管机及薄壁长管成型工艺

本文简要介绍了主要为生产美国标准（CISPIDesihnation301－90）长度为3048mm灰铸铁管而设计的J5230－93型卧式离心铸管机的组成及其机构特点，着重总结了该机生产薄壁长管的成型工艺及影响产品质量的因素。实践证明，该机性能稳定，运转可靠，铸管质量达到美国标准。

Abstract: In this paper,the composition and characteristics of J5230－ 93 horizontal centrifugal casting machine are briefly introduced．It is designed for mainly producing grey cast iron pipes of 3048mm length according to the United States Standard（CISPI Designation 301－90）．The forming technology of thin－ wall long pipes and the some factors influencing the product quality are mainly summarized．The production practice shows that this machine is stable in prperties and it's motion is reliable．The quality of cast pipe can come up to the United States Standard．These pipe are welcomed by the customers in U．S．A．
