无芯感应电炉熔炼技术的发展趋势

摘要 对于熔炼设备的经济性、环保利益、铸件质量、自动化程度以及操作的灵活性和可靠性的不断增长的需求,极大的影响了无芯感应炉熔炼技术的发展。这一趋势表明,熔炼设备已逐渐由中频无芯感应加热炉占据主导地位。近几年来,这种加热炉已发展成为一种紧凑而有效的成套熔炼设备。利用可控硅固态变频器以及对电炉运行全过程的计算机监控,使中频感应电炉能量供给持续改进,从而推动了无芯感应熔炼成套设备的发展。 Abstract:The dcvclopmcnt tcndcncics in melting tcchnology for corclcss induction furnaces have been markedly influenced by the continuously increasing demands of the foundries imposed on economy and ecological benefits of a melting system, on the quality of the castings, the degree of automation as well as on operational flexibility and reliability, The melting application is increasingly dominated by the MF(medium frequency) coreless induction furnace, Which has become a compact and powerful melting tool during the past years.This trend is supported by a permanent improvement of the MF energy supply using thyristorized solid state converters as well as microprocessor control and supervision of the entire furnace operation.
