中高压配电网可靠性分析系统开发及其应用 被引量:5

摘要 为满足配电网可靠性管理要求,开发了基于潮流计算的高压配电网可靠性分析及基于故障扩散的中压配电网络可靠性分析系统。系统可考虑线路故障率和修复时间、隔离操作时间及切换操作时间等多种因素,可计算节点、馈线和系统可靠性及静态安全等指标,并进行可靠性参数变化影响、元件类的可靠性影响、元件可靠性敏感度和网络薄弱环节分析。利用开发的系统对西安等4个地区高、中压配电网进行潮流和可靠性计算分析,取得良好效果。 In order to satisfy the requirement of distribution network reliability management, high voltage distribution network reliability analysis system based on flow calculation & low voltage distribution network reliability analysis system based on fault spreading are developed. The system can consider several elements, such as line fault rate, repair duration, interval operation duration and switching duration. The system can also calculate the reliability and static safety index of node, feeder and system, and analyze reliability data variation effect, element reliability effect, element reliability sensitivity and network weak link. The developed system has been applied for flow, reliability calculation and analysis in four high & low voltage distribution networks in Xi'an city, and obtained excellent effect.
