摘要
火力发电厂的循环水系统直接影响到机组的真空,而循环水泵的耗电量在给水泵原动机采用小汽轮机驱动的大型机组中占有较大的份额。根据宝鸡第二发电公司2号机组凝汽器与循环水系统的实时运行数据,应用最佳真空的计算模型计算循环水泵在不同运行方式下机组的净增功率,并依据计算结果确定循环水泵的运行方式,进而为循环水系统优化调度提供理论依据。
Circulating water system in thermal power plant has directly affected the vacuum of unit. Power consumption of circulatingwater pump has larger share in large-size unit that prime motor of feed water pump is driven by auxiliary turbine. In accordance with real-time operation data of condenser & circulating-water system in No.2 unit of Baoji No.2 Power Generation Co. Ltd., net power increment under different operation mode is calculated by applying optimal vacuum calculation model. The operation mode of circulating water pump is determined in accordance with calculation result, and theoretical basis is supplied for the optimal dispatching of circulating-water system.
