Abstract: This essay intrduces some informatoins about the parameter, layout, process and key characteristic of BMD moulding line．It described the notes of installation ocre-setter in BMD moulding line． As well as the conditions and experiences of the servo－ motor, programmer. and hydrolic, pneumatic and so on. It supplied some useful experiences of the controlling,designing, supplier and improvement, service & maintains in the BMD moulding line.
