摘要
通过对注塑模传统设计过程的分析,建立了从模腔图形输入到全套模具图输出的支持模具设计全过程的实用型CAD系统。整个系统基于参数化图形库,并提供了引导用户交互地建立自己所需的标准零件库及其系列数据、常用零件库、装配模型的工具,能迅速改造成符合用户要求的专用模具系统,较大幅度地提高模具设计的速度与质量。
A practical CAD system for the injection mould has been developed, which supports the whole procedure of the design from the generation of cavity and core to the output of the set of mould drawings. The system bases on the parametric mold parts library and presents an interactive approach to bulid the library. According to the requirements of the users, it can be modified to be a specific mould system.
