摘要
根据黑龙江省实测资料推算新理念的“农业用水”。按土地利用系数0.7计,各种不同水旱种植比例的农业用水为382.2~582.0mm/a,而我省各地年平均降水量多为1400~600mm,因而具有雨养农业潜力。并可作为黑龙江省排灌、环境建设规划设计研究的新参考依据。
The point of this article is to evaluating agricultural water according to data that we can get in Heilongjiang Province. With the land use factor equal 0. 7, the agricultural water is 382. 2-582 mm in condition that the area proportion between dry farming and paddy field varied in different years, and the average annual precipitation ranges from 400 mm to 600 mm in Heilongjiang Province. So potentiality of developing rain supporting agriculture is huge.
