摘要
在稳定剂和复合配体共存的条件下,用化学镀的方法在聚氯乙烯(PVC)基体表面形成了镍-磷(Ni-P)化学镀层,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)及多功能X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析镀层的结构。研究结果表明,用优化后的工艺所得镀层表面光滑、均匀,附着性能良好,在镀态下主要以Ni-P非晶态合金形式存在。
An electroless Ni-P coating was prepared on PVC substrate under the condition of coexistence with stabilizer and compound agents. The structure of coating was obsevered by SEM, XRD, EDS and XPS. The results indicate that the coating prepared with optimal formula maintains a preferable adhesion and smooth uniform surface. A Ni-P amorphous state in the coating is found after plating.
