N型催化剂的后活性强,工艺条件不恰当和操作经验不足是闪蒸罐下料阀LV301易堵的主要原因,通过选用恰当工艺条件和改善操作来解决此问题。
The later activity of N-type catalyst is powerful. The main reason of LV301 valve easy to be choked is the operation process unfit for the technological conditions and the lack of the operation experience. This problem can be resolved by choosing proper technological conditions and improving operation.
