摘要
对通风道栅门的技术要求和工艺结构进行了分析,设计了一种新型的模具结构,动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利。实践表明,该模具结构能保证产品质量。
Technical requirement and technique structure of grid cover for ventilation channel were analyzed. A new mould structure was designed. The operation of the mould is reliable. The demount of the plastic parts is smooth. Practices show that the product quality can be ensured by the mould.
