摘要 钛合金因其性能优异在航空航天领域中广泛应用。但由于其热成型过程复杂,使得钛合金钣金零件在模具设计上存在很大难度,因此,借用数值模拟技术,有助于分析钛合金热冲压过程,以方便模具设计。介绍了当前冲压数值模拟技术应用的范围和概况,并以某型号钛合金唇口零件为例,阐述了利用Dynaform软件进行热成型仿真,从而得到模拟结果。 Titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace industry because of its excellent properties. But because of complexity on hot fotming process, it is difficult in die design. So by simulation , we can analysis the hot fotming process of titanium alloy, and design easily. It introduces current stamping FEM simulation, and as titanium alloy product for example, expounds how to FEM simulation by Dynafom.
