摘要
首先介绍了一种用于对人体足底形状进行快速测量,从而获得足底三维CAD模型的新型三维激光扫描仪;介绍了该三维激光扫描系统的工作原理;然后论述了系统的机械结构组成,以及单片机如何控制扫描头实现一维平动;接着介绍了逆向工程软件如何由点云数据经过构造曲线,然后构造成曲面片,并最终通过拼接构成完整曲面的实现方法和过程;最后介绍了该系统用于足底扫描的实例以及其广阔的应用前景。
A new 3D laser scanner is introduced, which can rapidly measures the foot shape of the human body so as to access the CAD model. The principle of the 3D laser scanning system is introduced; then the mechanical structure of the system and how to use SCM to realize the one dimension movement of the scanner head are introduced, then introduces the method and process of the reverse engineering software which is how to construct tectonic curve from the point cloud data, then construct patches, and eventually form the complete surfaces. Finally, the examples of this system in the thenar scanning and the broad applied prospects of the system are introduced.
