摘要
为了实现基于C/S结构的公安综合移动警务系统信息的加密传输,设计并实现了一种基于AES算法和Morii-Kasahara算法的混合加密方案;该方案消除了对称加密算法密钥管理复杂;非对称加密算法加解密速度慢,占用内存大的缺点;并且采用查表和并行处理技术可以提高Morii-Kasahara算法的加密速度,通过改变Morii-Kasahara算法求取模数的方法可以提高算法安全性;实践证明,该方案具有算法安全性高、运算速度快、带宽需求低、密钥管理方便、需求存储空间小等优点,适合公安综合移动警务系统信息的加密传输。
In order to satisfy the demand of the Hybrid Encryption Scheme of Mobile Police Office System based on C/S Structure, a sort of hybrid encryption scheme based on AES and Morii- Kasahara algorithm is designed and implemented. The disadvantage that the key of the symmetric encryption algorithm is managed complex, the unsymmetrical encryption algorithm has the slow speed and the high requirement for system parameters is eliminated. The features of Morii-Kasahara algorithm are that it can be enciphered very fast with precomputed tables, and that the parallel processing techniques can be very easily applied when enciphering, besides the security of the algorithm is enhanced by improving the method of obtaining the Morii-Kasahara's modulus. The practice shows that this scheme has stronger security, quicker speed, lower requirement for bandwidth, more convenient management for key and lower requirement for system parameters, which is suitable for the Mobile Police Office System.
