沉积硫酸盐对Fe-20Cr合金800℃氧化行为的影响

摘要 采用动力学测量、SEM、X-射线等手段研究了沉积硫酸盐对Fe-20Cr合金800℃氧化行为的影响.结果表明,沉积盐引起Fe-20Cr合金加速氧化. The effect of Na 2SO 4, CaSO 4,K 2SO 4 and their mixture coatings on the high temperature oxidation behaviour of Fe 20Cr alloy at 800℃ has been investigated. The data have been complemented by kinetic measurements, SEM observations and X ray diffraction analysis. The accelerated oxidation of the alloy coated with mixtures are observed due to the formation of alkali iron trisulphates. The alkaline earth sulfates have deleterious effect on the protectivity of the scales and rapid degradation of the alloy is noted.
