夫妻财产制,是关于婚前财产和婚后所得财产的归属、管理、使用、收益、处分,以及债务清偿、婚姻解除时财产清算的根据等方面的法律制度。作为我国婚姻立法中最重要的一种制度,它始终受到包括立法、司法及全社会的普遍关注。

Couple property system is about the belonging, management, using, benefit, division, debt paying and property distribution when the marriage is over of property before and after marriage. As the most important law of our Marriage Law, It is concerned by legislative body, judicial department and the society.
