摘要
企业内部营销在促进国有企业适应市场经济的发展,改变企业的经营理念,加快组织变革,塑造以人为本的企业文化,提高员工满意度,提升企业整体竞争力等方面发挥着重要意义。所以,必须解决好我国国有企业内部营销存在的问题。
Internal marketing is important in helping state-owned enterprise adapt to market economy development, changing operation concept, shaping enterprise culture on the basis of human, improve the satisfaction of staff and increase the competitive ability.
