由于高职高专教育的职业性和目的性,使这一水平的英语教育更加具有实用特点,因此,作为英语应用能力的一个重要方面,写作能力的测试与评估也应该体现这一特点。在设计、评估写作测试的过程中,写作的题材、项目提示语、评分的原则和方法这三方面因素对是否能够成功地评价并进一步提高学生的写作能力起到了决定性作用。
