摘要
草菇具有完备的纤维降解酶系基因,在诱导条件下能产生完整的纤维降解酶系。为了提高纤维降解酶系的mRNA丰度,通过正交的方法确定提高草菇中纤维降解酶系mRNA丰度的最佳诱导条件为:培养基配方为xylan和CMC各0.2%、(NH4)2SO40.2%、KH2PO40.2%、VB12.5mg/L、MgSO40.1%,调至pH为7.5,以150r/min的转速培养。
Volvariella volvacea produce the whole of cellulases and hemicellulases in inducing conditions. In the effort to improve the mRNA content of cellulases and hemicellulases, we established the optimal inducing conditions for more mRNA of cellulases and hemicellulases using orthogonal method. The optimal inducing conditions were as follows: the medium contain 0.2% xylan, 0.2% CMC, 0.2% (NH4)2SO4, 0.2% KH2PO4, 0.1% MgSO4, 2.5mg/L VB1, the pH of medium was 7.5 and the rotating speed was 150r/min.
