摘要
就高压静电场预处理对提高油菜种子活力机制作了初步探讨。实验证明,静电场大小和作用时间,对种子的发芽率、发芽后生长等会产生抑制作用;不同强度的静电场对种子的影响效果有所差异;同强度的静电场作用时间不同其效果也有所不同;即种子只有在一定剂量的静电场作用下才能起到促进的效果。
This article studied that the high-voltage electro static field pretreatment could enhance the rape seeds vigor mechanism. The experiment result indicated that intensity high-voltage electro static field and response time could promote the seeds vigor mechanism, Different intensity of high-voltage electro static field had different influence effects on the seeds, and the same intensity of high-voltage electro static field also showed different effects by different time. That was the seeds only under certain intensity of electro static field can achieve the promotion effect.
