摘要
对市场中的辣椒面内添加的非食用着色剂酸性橙进行了调查,研究并优化了其定量和快速定性检测方法,为辣椒面的市场监督和检验提供了理论依据。
Non-food color acid orange Ⅱ in chilly powder was investigated in the object. The quantitative and quick qualitative analysis methods have been studied and optimized. The methods could offer the theory basis to the inspection and supervision in chilly powder market so as to protect the safety of people and improve the quality of chilly powder.
