Research on the Information Competence of Enterprises with Different Organizational Structures

相异组织结构的企业的信息能力是不同的。本文提出企业是一类信息处理组织:对科层制、矩阵式、全连通式和向量式等四类企业组织结构的信息处理能力进行了计算机模拟,发现没有一种组织结构是永远优于其他组织结构的。

The information competence of enterprises is variable according to the different organizational structures. This paper identified enterprise as a certain kind of information-managing organization; and compared the information competence of enterprises which have four different organizational structures, such as Bureaucracy, Matrix, Fully Connected and Vector, and turned out that none of those organizational structures be able to own superiority than others all the time.
