高校校园管理创新探讨

Discussion on Universities and Colleges' Innovative Management

高校校园管理创新是实现高校可持续发展的关键之一,也是建设和谐社会的要求。本文从高校校园管理现状入手,从三个方面总结了高校校园管理存在的问题和不足,即环境问题、安全问题以及流动人口管理问题。最后,本文提出了解决这些问题的几点设想。

Universities and colleges＇ innovative management is one of the key factors for sustainable development, and also the requirement of building harmonious society. This paper started from introducing the current situation of universities and colleges＇ management. Then, summarized the problems and insufficiencies of universities and colleges＇ management, they are environment problem, security problem and floating population management problem. At last, the paper brought out some suggested solution for current insufficiencies.
